HISTORY
Salem Investment Limited is a private limited liability company that was first registered in 1995. Even though the company is presently 100% Ghanaian-owned, there are plans to broaden its equity base and attract suitable foreign participation and capital as permitted by Ghana’s Investment Code. This will enable us to broaden the scope of our housing delivery services.
The company began operations as an importer/retailer of building materials. In 1999, Salem took the decision to venture into commercial real estate development. This diversification has paid off as Salem Investment Ltd. has established a solid reputation as a dependable cost-effective supplier of affordable homes for different budgets and clients.

Salem Investment Limited has developed 200 private residence set in a beautiful surrounding at East Legon Extension, Adjirigano – one of the finest residential areas in Accra.
"CITY OF DAVID" DEVELOPMENT
Salem is currently developing over 800 residential housing estates in a spacious gated community at Malejor, 10 minutes drive from the Adenta barrier before Valley View University on the Accra Dodowa Road. These carefully designed housing units comprise of 2,3 and 4 deatched and semi detached single and double storey buildings. Provision has been made for recreational facilities, shops, police station and nursery/creche centres for your comfort and safety. Also available in the community are service utilities such as electricity, water and tarred access roads.

The company has developed the posh “Salem House”, at Baatsona on the popular Spintex Road as commercial corporate offices. This development is now serving as Salem Investment Limited’s corporate headquarters.
